THE SCHEME OF PAYMENTS

20% of the cost of the apartment is paid in two installments within 3 months of the date of conclusion of the contract:
- 10% upon conclusion of a preliminary Agreement;
- 10% 3 months after the 1st payment;

The remaining 80% of the cost is an installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer Fort Noks:
for installments of 6 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - with an increase in the cost of 3.2% per annum
for installments of up to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in the cost of 6.5% per annum.
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first payment in the amount of 30% upon signing the Preliminary agreement, a 0.5% discount from the cost is provided.
In case of payment of the first payment in the amount of 40% upon signing the Preliminary agreement, a 1% discount from the cost is provided.
In case of payment of the first payment in the amount of 50% upon signing the Preliminary agreement, a 1.5% discount from the cost is provided.
If you pay the cost of the apartment in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, you will receive a 3% discount%
