the possibility of payment by January 1, 2032 - with an increase in the cost of 3% per annum
the possibility of payment within 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in the cost of 5% per annum.
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.

In case of payment of the first installment of more than 50% upon signing the Preliminary agreement, a 3% discount from the cost is provided.
