Description

We offer for sale a hotel complex located in the Kabakum district, near the Golden Sands resort.

The complex consists of two hotels covering a total area of more than 26,000 square meters and offering a total of 203 hotel rooms, restaurants, conference rooms, sports facilities such as a tennis court and basketball court, outdoor and indoor pools, as well as a SPA with mineral water.

The first object is a capital building consisting of three buildings and an adjacent plot with an area of 13,920 sq.m. The total built-up area of the three buildings is 8,643 sq.m., distributed as follows:

Building 1 is a five-storey building with a built-up area of 1,580 sq.m. and a total area of 6,160 sq.m., including a hotel part (5,900 sq.m.), a lobby (520 sq.m.), a lobby bar (100 sq.m.), a conference hall (123 sq.m.), a restaurant (270 sq.m.), a restaurant-terrace (195 sq.m.) with corresponding kitchen and service rooms.
Building 2 is a five-storey building with a built-up area of 136 sq.m. and a living area of 680 sq.m., it includes hotel rooms and two maisonettes.
Building 3 is a three-storey building with a built-up area of 601 sq.m. and a total area of 1,803 sq.m., it includes a SPA center (600 sq.m.), an apartment, a studio, hotel rooms, offices and corresponding service facilities.

Pool 1 - volume 170 cubic meters, with a pool bar.

The second object is a capital building with an adjacent plot of 12,245 sq.m. The hotel consists of five floors, built-up area - 948 sq.m., living area - 5,273 sq.m., includes hotel rooms, lobby (275 sq.m.), lobby bar (75 sq.m.), restaurant hall (200 sq.m.), restaurant-terrace (540 sq.m.) with kitchen and technical rooms in all areas.

Pool 2 is the main pool with a volume of 355 cubic meters, a children's pool with a volume of 65 cubic meters, with a pool bar.

The complex is surrounded by a park with rare species of trees, which is more than 30 years old, and is located in close proximity to the sea and Kabakum beach.
