Description of object:
The closed San Vayve complex with its own infrastructure is located in the second line from the sea, just 140 meters from the beach. The complex covers a vast area of 17,000 square meters and consists of 4 buildings with separate entrances and elevators. Each five-story building (one with 7 floors) houses apartments of various sizes ranging from 35 to 120 square meters—studios and 1- or 2-bedroom apartments—finished with turnkey surfaces and equipped with bathrooms. Many of the apartments offer frontal and side sea views. The building has Act 16.
Fixture and fittings:
The San Vayve complex features 2 pools for adults, 2 pools for children, a playground, parking, a reception area, 24-hour security service, and video surveillance. Essential communications, such as intercom, cable TV, and internet access, are also provided.
Location:
The beach strip begins just 50 meters from the San Vayve complex, featuring both a public beach and a comfort zone (for a fee). There are also open-air bars, water activities, and lifeguard towers available.
