Description

One-bedroom apartment for sale in the attic of a residential building (not a complex!). Payment is made on the territory of Russia (Moscow)!
The total area is 71.16 sq.m., the living area is 48 sq.m. A large terrace and a balcony with the possibility of expanding the area (by moving the fence) are on two sides of the apartment. The storage room is 2.3 sq.m. The roof does not leak (it is monolithic concrete, there have never been leaks in 14 years). The apartment was selected and furnished for themselves, the repair was supervised daily by a civil engineer. There are no maintenance fees (fees), as in apartment hotels, payment is only based on meters for light, water, annual household cleaning fees and all sorts of small things (+/- 75 euros) and municipal property tax (about 100 euros). The neighbors are mostly Bulgarians, they live permanently, the house is calm, there are no antisocial characters, the housekeeper is an attentive woman, speaks Russian.
The apartment is fully furnished (condition is shown in the photo), there is a full set of necessary appliances and dishes, you can only enter with a suitcase of personal belongings, everything else is there. Number of beds: a double bed, a cot, a one-and-a-half sofa bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.
The apartment is located in the middle of the Old Town. The infrastructure is adequate - lots of shops, cafes and places for evening walks. A shuttle bus stop to Burgas, Sunny Beach, Nessebar and the airport is 100 meters away (20 minutes by bus).
The sea is 200 meters away, and there are three beaches within walking distance for every taste: a promenade with stairs to the sea, sandy urban and wild with a minimum of tourists. And the UNESCO Blue Flag, which they were awarded, is not an empty phrase: in calm weather, every pebble can be seen at a depth of 5 meters.
The beaches are located on both sides of the peninsula, so you can choose the side that is calm from the waves any day.
Pomorie is a world-famous resort for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, nervous and feminine problems, and in the neighboring courtyard there is a sanatorium and a mud clinic; doctors know Russian, there are no problems in communicating, prescribing and receiving treatment.
In general, the city is ideal for a family holiday: you can find a place for every taste - whether it's relaxing walks away from people, alone with nature, sea and wind, or quiet courtyards of the historical center, or beach bars and discos on the south side of the city, or a huge number of playgrounds and attractions, or meeting the sunset on the southern embankment. And all this is a 5-10-15 minute walk from the apartment! You can walk around the whole city along the embankment in 40 minutes, and none of them will seem boring to you.
