Pag Island is one of the largest islands of the Adriatic: with an area of 285 km2, it is the fifth largest, and with a rugged coastline of 270 km, it is the island with the longest coastline in the Adriatic, full of bays, coves, capes and beaches. The largest bay of Pashka is surrounded by 20-kilometer pebble beaches.
Koshlun is a small tourist town in the southern part of the island of Pag. Koshlun once served as the exit of the city of Pag to the open sea. Today, Koshlun can be reached from Pag by a modern road in about 10 minutes by car, and there is also an interesting gravel road for cyclists leading through the Pag salt basin.
Koshlun is a quiet place with private houses and beautiful landscaped gardens.
There are several beautiful pebble beaches along the city, and there is a small camp in the shade of pine trees.
In the neighboring bay, a few kilometers away, there is also a particularly picturesque village of Proboy with a small harbor and only a dozen houses.
An apartment with two entrances from the stairwell, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two corridors, two terraces with sea views and a living room with a total usable area of 110m2 is for sale in the city of Koshlun. The apartment has two parking spaces in a fenced yard.
The apartment has been renovated in 2023.
