It consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, which is connected to a dining room and a kitchen, then the apartment has a large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a pantry and an entrance hall.
The apartment is designed for 3-4 people (a double bed in one bedroom, two separate beds in the second room and a sofa bed in the living room).
The apartment has its own electricity and water meter.
Parking is free in the courtyard of the building or in front of the building, where there is public parking, which is also free.
The city center is 10-15 minutes away by easy walk, the bus stop is just a few steps away, and the first beaches (Valkan, Lungomare, Gortanova Uvala) are 1.2 km away.
The first store is a 5-6 minute walk away.
