The building is entirely made of hand-hewn stone, the exterior walls are double:
stone from the outside to the inside (about 30 cm), then filled with reinforced concrete, insulation made of expanded polystyrene and brick
in the middle (25 cm). The roof is visible, has a reinforced concrete layer and thermal insulation,
anti-condensation insulation, Coppa tiles, the roof is ventilated. All floors are reinforced.

daily living, the other as a tavern, living room, basement, study and garage, but
can be converted into a guest residence. The building was built with the intention
to build a large swimming pool in front of the building and a helicopter landing pad behind the building. The area allows you to ride a bike in the middle
of nature and just a few minutes from the center and the sea.
The sea is visible behind the building. The complex was designed with the intention of welcoming guests who arrive on yachts and can
land in their own helicopter in the courtyard.
