A closed yacht resort with its own yacht marina, developed infrastructure and residential real estate is located on the East coast of Cyprus. For residents of the project, there is a yacht marina with 600 seats, capable of accommodating yachts up to 8 m, restaurants and cafes, shops and boutiques, a fitness center and spa, private parking for 800 seats, two sandy beaches, an event center. Two apartment towers are being built on the territory of the resort – 26 floors and 29 villas with private beaches or with their own berths.
The tower is more than 100 m high and has a unique T-shape that rotates 1.6 degrees on each floor, which provides a panoramic view from West to East. Apartments with 2-3-4 bedrooms, as well as a 6-bedroom penthouse are offered for sale in the West Tower. In addition to the infrastructure of the resort itself, residents of the Western Tower will have access to: private secured parking, a swimming pool, a fitness and spa center, an outdoor bar.
The West Tower includes 110 exclusive apartments.
