The project is an innovative office park situated in Limassol, Potamos Germasogeias. It features a cutting-edge design comprising two-tiered office buildings supported by pilotis, with three floors symmetrically aligned along a central axial avenue. The office spaces within these buildings are designed with deep plans, minimizing the need for columns and incorporating post-tensioned slabs. This design approach ensures maximum flexibility, allowing the spaces to be easily adapted for either single or multi-occupancy use.
