Land in Peyia, Paphos
The two houses have the planning permission and the building permit from the municipality of Peyia. We have an offer of cooperation with building contractors. There is only land right now there, so the houses have not even started to be built. They will start building when the interested party (buyer) is found and buys at least one of the two houses. The building contractor will start the construction of the house when we sign a contract of sale between the two parties and also the buyer has already paid at least 30% of the value of the total sale price of the house the normal time for the delivery of the house will be 16 months.
