This magnificent villa has been designed and built with the highest quality and standards in mind.
The architects' task was to design the villa to enjoy the breathtaking views, and this was achieved with great aplomb. The villa has an L-shaped shape, oriented in such a way as to enjoy the views, but at the same time it is protected from excessive exposure to the sun and wind. There is a mass of glass (low E value) that offers a view wherever you are in the villa. There are no "back" rooms, all rooms have a view; even a parking space. In addition, the task of both exterior and interior design was to create a modern, original and unique design that would not be excessive or extreme in its presentation, but would remain functional and practical in its application; and, of course, stand the test of time.
