Modern house in Konia, Paphos. Located in the prestigious Konya district, this modern house combines luxury, comfort and thoughtful design. The building harmoniously fits into the natural landscape, demonstrating the principles of sustainable architecture, where style is combined with concern for the environment. The house is located on a complex shaped plot with uneven terrain. Architecture follows the natural contours of the earth, minimizing interference with nature. Due to the thoughtful orientation, the building remains energy efficient: in winter it accumulates solar heat, and in summer horizontal canopies protect from direct sunlight, keeping cool inside. The entrance area makes a strong impression. There is a glass wine cabinet and an original staircase, custom-made and serving as the sculptural center of the interior. The spaces of the dining room, living room and kitchen form a single open area filled with natural light and views of the sea and the city of Paphos. The kitchen and the decorative wall with TV and bio fireplace were designed specifically for this house. The contrast of natural wood, concrete and glass creates an atmosphere of modernity and comfort. One of the most spectacular elements of the house is the glass bridge suspended over the dining room and connecting the master bedroom to the other rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. Natural materials such as wood, concrete, glass and steel are used throughout the house to create a balanced and concise style. Large panoramic windows blur the boundary between the interior and nature, filling the house with light and air. From the outside, attention is drawn to the endless pool, which serves as the central element of the courtyard and reflects the architectural elegance of the house. Landscape design emphasizes the overall concept of simplicity, innovation and grace.
