The project is a two-storey complex of 3 blocks, comprising 62 residential units. The project includes apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as 4 houses. This complex is located on an elevated site, and each apartment gets exclusive access to the resort's infrastructure, including a large communal pool, clubhouse and gym, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. It is located on the outskirts of the traditional village of Tercefanu and a 15-minute drive from the center of Larnaca.
The facility will be commissioned in May 2024.
