The project will consist of fifteen spacious apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the floors from the first to the fifth. The sixth floor will feature an apartment for the elderly with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, spacious covered and open balconies, as well as a rooftop garden, which aims to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for the owners of these apartments. Each apartment will have a parking space and a storage room in the basement.
This unit includes a roof garden of 90 square meters with two rooms and a bathroom.
Completion of construction is July 2025.
