The villa is located in the hills of the Agia Phyla area of Limassol and offers stunning views of the coast and the city from above. The design concept was mainly shaped by the site's features — south orientation, steep slope and impressive views. The villa occupies three levels: on the ground level there is a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, which are physically connected to an outdoor patio and an infinity edge pool, as well as a master bedroom. The office and bedrooms are located on the second and third levels. All rooms are organized around an open courtyard, which starts from the lower level and is visible from every floor of the house.
The shell of the building is conceptually designed as a sculptural rock rising above a rocky slope. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Additional amenities include a guest toilet, separate kitchen and second kitchen, utility room, Jacuzzi, office, verandas, garden, smart home system, elevator, overflow pool, covered parking for two cars, solar water heating system, air conditioning (VRV), central underfloor heating (diesel, gas), double glazing, sea and city views, alarm system and irrigation system.
