The plot falls into the planning zone Τ3δ1 with the following parameters:
-For hotels: 30% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 10 m.
-For tourist villages: building density of 25%, coverage of 20%, 2 floors and a maximum height of 10 m.
- And for houses: 20% building density, 20% coverage, 2 floors, p and a maximum height of 10m.
