The project is designed in such a way as to blend harmoniously into the environment and complement it. The complex is located at the top of a small canyon, and one of the sections has access via a road leading down into the canyon to a lower level. The area is dominated by shrubs, meadows and trees, as well as open areas of cream and white limestone.
The architectural concept follows the natural relief: the territory is planted with mature trees, and the garden smoothly merges with the natural vegetation. The soft natural shades of the exterior, complemented by terracotta screens and natural wood paneling, create a seamless transition to the interior living space, expanding through a spacious outdoor seating area. The interior design continues the color palette: the walls and ceilings are decorated in sand tones, and the walnut doors and soft, warm lighting create a cozy atmosphere on winter evenings.
The luxury of the interior is accentuated by travertine marble panels in the bathrooms and as headboards of the beds. This material not only adds elegance, but also has the ability to keep cool, providing comfort during the hot summer months. The doors and built-in wardrobes are also finished in walnut, and decorative panels have been added in some places, creating a sense of unity with nature and continuing the style of exterior decoration.
The floors of all rooms are covered with high-quality marble tiles, and the kitchen uses ceramic tiles of Italian design and manufacture, matched in harmonious shades to the granite work surfaces. The kitchen is equipped with high-end cabinets and household appliances from leading European brands.
The landscape design is carefully thought out: mature trees blend seamlessly into the natural environment, and small shrubs are selected from local Cypriot species. An automatic irrigation system is provided for ease of care, and for ecosystem stability and reduced moisture evaporation, the soil is covered with a special film and a layer of gravel.
