The project was designed to blend harmoniously with the picturesque surroundings. The complex is located at the top of a small canyon, which can be reached by a road passing through the canyon to the lowlands. The territory in osovny is covered with shrubs, lawns and trees, there are covered areas of cream or white limestone. The complex repeats the structure of the landscape, planted with perennial trees and a combined garden. The soft natural colors of the facade, which emphasize and soften the terracotta screens and natural wood panels, smoothly transition into the living space and into a spacious outdoor living area. The color scheme of the exterior and the use of wood find their continuation in the interior: the walls and ceiling of a soft sand color are combined with walnut doors and soft warm light of lamps that unobtrusively create a homely atmosphere on winter nights. Inside, the feeling of luxury is given by travertine marble panels in the bathrooms and in the headboards in the bedrooms. Marble is not only a luxury item, but also its cool shade, which helps to reduce the temperature during sleep. Walnut doors are installed in every room, as well as in the dressing rooms. In some places, walnut paneling is used as an exquisite detail that adds a sense of the presence of the external environment, reflecting the finishing touches of the exterior. The floors in all rooms are decorated with high-quality marble tiles in all rooms, and the granite work surfaces in the kitchen are lined with ceramic tiles in contrasting shades, designed and manufactured in Italy. The kitchen is equipped with high-end cabinets and electrical appliances from leading European manufacturers. Finally, in the carefully thought-out landscape design of the project, perennial trees are harmoniously combined with wild plants. Smaller shrubs are also in harmony with the environment and are selected from species endemic to Cyprus. An automatic irrigation system is installed for ease of maintenance, and to ensure stability, the ground is covered with a layer of crushed stone and gravel, which reduces water loss due to evaporation.
