This exciting project in Kolossi offers four apartments with a living area of 77 m2. Each apartment includes two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room and a cozy veranda. On the ground floor there are convenient parking spaces and a small storage room for each apartment.
The construction was carried out using a durable reinforced concrete frame, which ensures durability and stability. The 25 cm thick brick walls provide additional strength, and an 8 cm thick polystyrene external thermal insulation coating coated with graphiato is responsible for both aesthetic appearance and energy efficiency.
The apartments are decorated with elegant 60x120 cm floor tiles, kitchen cabinets and doors are made of high-quality melamine.
The facility will be commissioned in April 2025.
