The project embodies a harmonious combination of modern aesthetics and traditional Cypriot architectural style. Although the exterior looks modern, elements of the Cypriot flavor are clearly visible in the design — the use of natural stone, wood and marble emphasizes respect for local traditions.
The high-quality finishes are continued in the interior: marble surfaces, parquet floors and kitchens with glossy facades emphasize sophistication and attention to detail. The architect chose a natural but modern palette that complements the architectural concept and emphasizes the sense of space.
Wide terraces create ideal conditions for outdoor living, and glass balustrades provide an unobstructed view of the surrounding scenery. It is possible to install a private swimming pool.
The deadline for completion is 20 months from the date of signing the contract.
