We are pleased to introduce to the market for the first time a newly fully renovated four-bedroom villa on the first line of the golf course. The renovation work was completed in 2020: the villa was completely dismantled to its supporting structures, expanded and reconstructed with the replacement of pipelines, sanitary installations and electrical wiring. The villa is equipped with warm water heating, as well as a photovoltaic system that generates 12,000 kWh of electricity per year. The original bungalow, designed by Thalia, has been expanded to an internal area of 212 sq.m on a 1580 sq.m plot with a 45 sq.m covered terrace and removable pergola for additional shade. All building permits have been issued and approved by the relevant authorities.
