The project is a true embodiment of modern architecture, combining elegant design and efficient use of space. From the stylish and concise exterior to the optimally thought—out interiors, every detail is thought out in such a way as to maximize the use of space and provide comfort, coziness and functionality, while offering breathtaking views of the sea.
The project was developed taking into account the principles of bioclimatic architecture to achieve Class A energy efficiency in accordance with national regulations. High-quality materials were used to ensure a high standard of construction, durability, cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness.
The complex consists of only six apartments — two with one bedroom and four with two bedrooms, which creates an exclusive and intimate atmosphere of living, providing a high level of privacy and personal space for each tenant.
This facility has a 38-square-meter rooftop garden.
The facility will be commissioned in August 2025.
