The project is a two-storey apartment building with a modern design, in which special attention is paid to details and ensuring the privacy of residents. There is a covered parking and a storage room for each apartment. The project was developed thanks to the coordinated work of an experienced team of architects, civil engineers and interior designers. The building has a roof garden with an area of 50.15 square meters. Commissioning is October 2025.
