The club residential complex consists of 15 villas. The concept of the project is based on the main values of humanity — family, love and the future. The founders gave the project the name of the goddess Leto, who, according to ancient Greek mythology, embodies these values. The complex is designed for those who appreciate the ideal product and do not want to give up their usual high quality of life.
Each villa is equipped with cozy courtyards, terraces with pools and barbecue areas, as well as roof gardens with panoramic views of the sea and the picturesque surroundings.
The interiors of the villas embody the philosophy of "barefoot luxury". The atmosphere of peace is created by soft and unobtrusive lighting: spotlights, lighting of furniture and curtain holders. The texture of the matte stone floor, velvety surfaces resembling white sand, rough linen upholstery and light curtains emphasize the vibrant Mediterranean style.
The villas are built with thoughtful zoning and are divided into levels (basement, ground floor, second floor and roof with garden), which allows you to separate the recreation area from the multifunctional and common areas.
