The project is located in the quiet, historical center of Paphos, next to the "Fountain of Love" on the Town Hall Square and opposite the municipal garden. There are one and two bedroom apartments on the ground floor, one and two bedroom apartments on the second floor, and a luxury three bedroom penthouse on the third floor with a dedicated private/heated pool on the ground level. Most of the apartments offer spectacular views of the sea and the city.
The facility will be commissioned in February 2026.
