The building complex consists of a block of only 5 apartments (three 3-bedroom apartments, one 3-bedroom duplex and a 4-level penthouse with 4 bedrooms and a guest room. The apartments are connected by column arches with masonry. There is a large mosaic-decorated swimming pool in the center of the complex. In addition to the swimming pool, there is a spacious recreation area with a landscaped garden on the large area of the plot.
The project includes a fitness room and a sauna.
