This project is an apartment complex designed with an emphasis on modern lifestyle, functionality and shared luxury amenities. The building consists of several levels: ground floor, two residential floors and a roof garden. The complex offers apartments of various sizes with thoughtful interiors, including living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bedrooms (including master bedrooms) and bathrooms. On the ground floor there are common areas such as a gym, a swimming pool with technical rooms and dedicated guest areas, as well as garden plots for apartments on the ground floor. All residential floors are serviced by an elevator and have covered verandas for each apartment. The roof is equipped with private garden areas for some apartments, which creates additional space for outdoor recreation with panoramic views. The project also provides accessible design solutions, dedicated parking spaces (including places for the disabled) and uses high-quality building materials, including reinforced concrete trim, thermally insulated aluminum windows, laminated glass railings and wooden decking.
