The project consists of three blocks with 2 bedroom apartments. There are 24 units in total. Polis is a small town in the northwestern part of the island of Cyprus, in the center of Chrysochous Bay and on the edge of the Akamas Peninsula Nature Reserve. It is a quiet tourist resort, where residents' incomes are supplemented by agriculture and fishing. Polis is served by the fishing port of Latchi and is located near the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a nature reserve.
