One of the most common requests from our clients is that we select apartments for them in the immediate vicinity of the best school in Northern Cyprus – English School of Kyrenia (ESK). However, this is not such an easy task as it may seem at first glance. The fact is that due to the relatively high cost of land plots in this area, almost no apartments are built, preferring elite cottage complexes or detached villas.
And yet, we were able to find apartments in a well-maintained complex, which is located not just within walking distance, but literally 100 meters from this school. Apartments with such a unique location will always be in price. Their cost is 99,950 pounds, and similar apartments in this complex are rented for 650 pounds per month, while recently we could not find any affordable option for our clients – all apartments have already been leased for a long term.
