The villa is located 150 m from the sea, a 5-minute drive from the municipal beach, a 20-minute drive from the center of Kyrenia. The villa has 3 bedrooms with two double twin beds and 2 sofas in the living room. There are three separate entrances, a separate living room and a separate dining room, which is very suitable for large families. A private large private pool is another detail that can make your vacation perfect.

In the villa, our guests are offered the conditions of a comfortable hotel: free wireless Internet access, hot water, clean beds and towels. You only need to take your personal belongings with you. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, TVs, Wi-Fi, sun loungers by the pool and a barbecue area.

Our villa is located in a quiet and peaceful place where guests can actively spend the day and relax in the evening. Shops, pharmacies, restaurants are 5-10 minutes away.

If necessary, we also provide Ercan Airport - Villa airport transfer.

The price per day is 120 euros, the minimum rental period is 2 nights. For rentals of up to 10 days, a one-time cleaning fee of 100 euros. If you rent a villa for more than 10 days, no cleaning fee will be charged.

The deposit amount is 200 euros, refundable on the day of departure.
