The first and second floors each offer three-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, while the third floor boasts a unique four-bedroom apartment. The building's architecture balances rhythm and harmony with varied vertical openings for verandas and windows, ensuring seamless integration into its suburban surroundings.
