A front garden acts as a natural foreground, seamlessly integrating the entrances to the two wings. The ground floor includes common and private facilities along with parking. The first and second floors each offer three-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, while the third floor features a unique four-bedroom apartment. The building's architecture achieves a balanced rhythm with varied vertical openings for verandas and windows, ensuring seamless integration into its suburban surroundings.
