The office is situated on Kennedy Avenue and includes five basement parking spaces for added convenience. The workspaces provide views of Kennedy Avenue as well as the open area behind the building. It also boasts a large 64-square-meter veranda, partially equipped with an electronic system for improved comfort and functionality. Currently, the office can accommodates 25 people.
