These villas were designed by the renowned Italian architect and designer Claudio Salocchi, whose work has been exhibited in both Italian and international museums and galleries. His design for the Levante Villas thoughtfully integrates local context, blending form and materials with a timeless architectural style rooted in the region’s vernacular.
The landscaping was crafted by the Paghera Group, one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious landscape architects. They faced the challenge of harmoniously blending the villas into the contoured terrain, ensuring a seamless connection between the natural landscape and the built environment. The villas are arranged around a central swimming pool, naturally integrating with the surrounding landscape.
The villas’ exteriors feature light stucco with a pastel beige color palette, blending seamlessly into the environment. The design incorporates beige stone from the village of Pahna, thick cavity walls of 640mm with inset window frames, and hand-struck white concrete columns. Inside, the detailed joinery was crafted by Calpusera, with Lualdi doors from Italy. Marble flooring (20mm) adorns the ground floor, while the upper levels feature high-quality parquet flooring.
The development includes a variety of premium amenities. These include a large swimming pool (8 x 15m), a pool house, a sauna, four BBQ zones, games rooms, entertainment spaces, a safe room, a refrigeration room, a wine cellar, and secure underground parking. The community is gated and offers a secure perimeter with high walls, CCTV cameras, laundry rooms, underfloor heating throughout, lightning protection, water drilling for independent water supply, and underground electricity provision with high KW allowance. LED lighting is featured throughout the development, and elevators serve three of the houses.
The combined plot size for the three houses is approximately 5,000 square meters, with an additional plot of around 1,100 square meters available for use as parking space for businesses.
