During the Live Bidding Auction, all submitted offers must be higher than the advertised starting price (reserve price) of each apartment. The apartment will be awarded to the bidder who submits the highest successful offer.
Interested buyers will have the opportunity to visit the apartments during the Show House viewing days, from 20th to 23rd July 2026, between 09:00 a.m. and 16:00 p.m., following arrangements for property viewings.
The Live Bidding Auction will take place on Friday, 24th July 2026 at 18:00.
The successful bidder will be required to sign a reservation agreement and pay a €5,000 reservation amount per apartment by banker’s draft.
