From the fireplace room there is an exit to the glazed veranda on the water side. There are many closets and other storage areas in the main building.
- There is also a large wooden garage/warehouse/outbuilding in the courtyard, the building permit for which was originally submitted in 1997. The building area at that time was 124 m2. The final check was carried out in 6/2007. Later, a so-called greenhouse was added to the building. Permission for this change was submitted in 2010. According to the municipal construction control, the area of this extension is 27 m2. The final inspection of the extension was carried out on 12/2014. There is a basement under the house, from where a pump (requires replacement) provides water supply to both houses.
- There are apple and cherry trees, plums, berry bushes, garden raspberries and ornamental shrubs around the buildings.
- Own lake shoreline! Shallow beach (partially sunken). Sand is poured onto the beach in front of the cottage and barn (with a paper machine wire under it). The site is located on the shore of Lake Paronlampi in Lajunlahti.
