Fortunately, the base was sandy/unpaved, so the water could not spill over the house. A broken water heater heats only household water, so it needs to be replaced before you can get hot water.
- The building still needs surface finishing/repair, but it has officially passed the inspection and can be occupied immediately after the installation of the water meter. The water meter was dismantled after the damage, as the house is no longer residential. Fortunately, the building is mostly equipped with the latest technology of the 21st century, and, among other things, drainage ditches are equipped with observation wells.
- There is a garage in the yard. The building permit for the outbuildings was originally submitted in 1999, but the construction remained unfinished. The final inspection took place in 2006.
