A modern and functional house made from shipping containers.

A modern house in the mountains, which is made from increasingly popular shipping containers. The containers are combined in cantilever shapes and are planned so that the house is maximally functional, and the owners can order the design of their house according to their wishes.

The project mainly uses natural materials, both in the construction of the house's facade and in the interior. Wood, granite, marble – these are the main materials used in the design of the house, creating a feeling of a strong connection with nature.

On the first floor we find a large open space, which houses a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, and a small home office. The second floor is intended for privacy - the two bedrooms are located there.

At the request of the owners, special attention has been paid to the outdoor spaces.

On the second floor we can see a small terrace, paved with artificial grass and furnished with chairs for relaxing, and the veranda on the first floor has been made spacious enough to become a comfortable and functional extension of the living area.

The house is being delivered "turnkey".

Mobility and portability:

One of the biggest advantages of this type of housing is the ability to easily disassemble and move. If at some point you decide to change your location, the house can be dismantled and transported to a new location. For example, after a few years in France, you could move it to Portugal, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Spain or Italy without losing your investment in the convenience and comfort of your home.

The house is prefabricated and can be shipped worldwide, ready to be erected in just one week.

Important note: The house is not yet built, which allows for full customization of its appearance and finishing materials according to the client’s taste. The facade can be left without external insulation, so that the industrial character of the shipping containers stands out clearly – an approach that gives a modern, urban style. If you want a more finished and elegant look, we can use wood-colored cladding, a stylish black facade or an all-white cladding that perfectly blends in with the surrounding brick houses.

In addition, the project also allows for additional modifications such as expanding the glazed areas to achieve maximum open space and a direct connection with the environment – ​​as seen in the white model in the photos, where the abundant glass emphasizes the modern look and brings natural light into the interior.
