The project is based on the principle of a "city within a city": everything necessary for life, work and recreation will be concentrated within one territory. It is being implemented in the Gonio area (the southern part of Batumi), a place with a clear sea surrounded by coniferous forests.

At the same time, part of the territory (about 80 hectares) is planned to be preserved as a natural forest reserve — this reduces the risk of oversaturation of the market.
Eagle Hills (UAE) is responsible for the implementation. It is a subsidiary of Emaar Group. The participation of a major international developer sets a high standard for the master plan and infrastructure quality.
Features and benefits of Environmental friendliness. When designing, we took into account the natural landscape: we tried to harmoniously integrate objects into the environment, introduce energy-efficient solutions and cleaning systems.
