The corner sunny plot (5 acres) is located about 30 km from Berlin, in a pine forest, in a quiet place Bindow-Süd, Brandenburg land.

The construction of a private house with the function of permanent residence is allowed on the site. This site has never been built up, there is no need for dismantling. The original structure of the pine forest, previously located around the clear lake Ziestsee, has been preserved on the site.
There is a dimensional plan of the site with the location of the trees. It can be built up in accordance with §34 BauGB (as in the neighbors).

In 2014, the street on which the site is located was paved, a fortified entrance to the site was equipped and approved. There is no dust from the road at all now, since the entrance is paved and the place itself is in a pine forest, so the air is very clean.

The lake, near which the site is located, reaches a depth of 16-18 m, a length of about 1 km, a width of about 0.5 km. Previously, the lake was closed to private fishing and motor boats. Thanks to this, the lake has been preserved in a practically untouched form. Very clear water, in which you can see pikes, and beautiful water lilies on the surface.

Ziestsee may be the prototype of "Lake Ardalion" from Nabokov's novel Despair, since in the summer of 1929 the author owned a plot on the shore of Lake Ziestsee.
On a postcard to his mother, he wrote that his novel was nearing completion and that his plot on the shore of the lake was "very beautiful", "with birches and pines, a small beach and wonderful water lilies on the shore." The site is located between Lake Ziestsee and the Dahme River, which is part of the German water transport link, that is, you can travel by boat or boat throughout the country. This area is an area of lakes and forest (pine) massifs.
The plot is located on the second line from the lake, a few walking minutes (4-5 minutes from the site), there is an exit to the lake beach on one side and an exit to the river bank on the other side. The plan shows the location of the beach. The beach is equipped with a playground, there are playgrounds for playing volleyball. There are also places for recreation, car Parking and a toilet.

The plot opens into two quiet secondary streets (Finkenstig and Mariannenstrasse), where cars very rarely pass, one of which (Mariannenstrasse) goes along the lake.
All communications: water, gas, electricity, telephone run along the street and can be connected to the house at any time, at the desired design point of network entry.
There are no red lines on the site, you can place the house anywhere on the site, according to the general rules of development of the land of Brandenburg. A modern kindergarten is located a few walking minutes from the site.

The settlement of Bindow-Süd (Bindow-Süd) is calm, in the thick of a pine massif, closed from the hum of autobahns, is part of the Heidesee district. The following species of birds settle in this protected area — the family of ducks, chomgi, shepherds, herons, etc. The singing of birds can be clearly heard in this forest area. Recently, this area has been classified as a popular place for the construction of country houses or holiday cottages. In general, this area is abundant with pine forests, fields and an extensive system of reservoirs connected to each other.

The city of Koenigs Wusterhausen is located about 10 km away, with a well-developed infrastructure of a typical German town with a population of about 34 thousand people and a good connection to Berlin (high-speed trains/ S-Bahn, trains, buses, autobahn)
From the new terminal of the Berlin Brandenburg International Airport, you can take the A10 autobahn to Bindow-Süd within 30 minutes, covering a distance of 35 km. The center of Berlin is 55 km away, the journey time is about 50 minutes.

The quiet street on which this site is located, a secluded, beautiful place near the lake, a friendly attitude towards children — all this, along with well-developed communications, makes this place of residence very attractive.
