The new residential project is located in the center of West Berlin, in the popular and prestigious Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. This area is known for numerous parks and squares, including the Grunewald natural landscape Park with a chain of lakes and numerous attractions. The area offers many opportunities to spend your free time: the Grunewald Riding Club, the Blau-Weiss Tennis Club or the Wilmersdorf summer pool.

The apartments are equipped with heated wooden floors and a smart home system, and three design lines will be presented in the interiors to choose from. The project is located on an area of about 3,300 sq. m and offers a landscaped courtyard with a landscaped garden, playgrounds and recreation areas, as well as underground parking for 36 places.

A variety of schools and kindergartens are within walking distance, and the area itself has well-established transport links, including motorways and metro stations and the inner-city railway. Grunewald Park is just a 20-minute walk away, and the famous Kurfürstendamm Boulevard can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
