Land in Potsdam, Germany, 1 002 m²

We present to your attention a plot of land with an area of about 1002 m2, on which the forest is located. At the moment, the construction of the site is not provided. Nevertheless, houses have been built on neighboring plots and the final decision is made by the authorities after submitting the documents for consideration.

The plot is located in the village of Borkwald, located right in the forest. The settlement belongs to the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark of the federal state of Brandenburg and since 2015 has the official name "forest community". In the nearby village of Borkheide there is a railway station where the regional train from Berlin RE7 stops, as well as various shops, hotels, restaurants and a forest pool.
