The hotel is under construction and will be commissioned in the 4th quarter of 2022.

This project has been authorized by the Government of Grenada under the passport program. By investing in a share of the hotel, you get the opportunity to obtain Caribbean citizenship.

The cost of the investment is $ 220,000. The investment is refundable. After 5 years, the investor can sell the share. The investor obtains the citizenship of Grenada for himself and his family members, including children, parents, brothers and sisters.
