Rededication for solar systems possible: indu
Near the settlement of 8752 Zalakomár, in the Zala district of the Nagykanizsa region, a plot of land of 291,645 m2 (approx. 29 ha) is for sale, which until a few years ago was used for peat extraction.
Due to the sunny location of the property in southern Hungary, as well as the appropriate rezoning process (which must be initiated by the owner before selling), this property represents an ideal area for the construction of a solar park (possible industrial development area). Peat used to be mined on the property. Currently, peat worth about HUF 150,000,000 can still be found in the area. Near the property there are high-voltage lines for the possible feed-in of the generated solar power.
The current designation of the property in Zalakomár is peat quarry, swamp (currently no industrial area).
Location:
Although inhabited for a long time, the settlement of Zalakomár in its present form was only created in 1969 when Kiskomárom and Komárváros merged. Zalakomár is located 18 kilometers northeast of Nagykanizsa. The area is crossed by the Autobahn 7.
Road 6831 runs north-south through Kiskomárom, from which road 7511 branches off towards Galambok, Nagyrécse and Nagykanizsa. From there, road 7521 branches off towards Zalakaros on the outskirts. The main route in Komárváros is road 6805 between Marcali and Galambok, and road 68 170 connects the settlement with the nearest slip road to the M7 highway.
The sale price for this plot of land, which may be suitable for the construction of a solar system, is:
HUF 149 000 000 + 4% commission + legal/translation fees + state taxes.
