Villa Fortuna is located in the residential area of Heviz on the corner of Hunyadi and Fortuna streets, on 1022 m2.
The orientation of the villa is east-southwest with views of Lake Balaton, Cserszegtomaj and Heviz. The villa is located approximately 700 m from the lake resort.

The building has five apartments with independent entrances and three studios, a bar for breakfast and drinks, as well as a reception and an apartment of 98 m². This hotel is ideal for accommodating 30 people.
