The firm's most significant project, the Palace of Arts in Budapest, has become one of the region's leading performing arts facilities.
Nora Demeter founded her own studio, Demeter Design Studio, in 2014. Demeter Design Studio is an architectural firm with international experience, designing both large-scale buildings and unique interiors. The studio places great emphasis on design quality, offering elegant and dynamic solutions that address individual needs throughout the design process. Location
Zala Springs is one of Europe's leading golf courses, located in Hungary's magical Zala region, near Lake Balaton. Its landscape design and world-class golf center make it one of the continent's most significant golf destinations. Zala Springs offers a range of amenities and offerings beyond just golf. A clubhouse with a world-class restaurant and spa enhances the golf experience.
Perched on a gentle hill overlooking the clubhouse, the villa offers magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Situated adjacent to the 18th golf course, the villa is designed as an iconic example of contemporary architecture, seamlessly blending into the picturesque landscape. Particular attention is paid to the high-quality interior spaces and their quality.
The villa is designed as a luxurious home with a variety of spaces, with particular attention to the quality of light. The building consists of three main areas: the central area, which houses the living room and American kitchen. Moving left from the central area, we enter the second wing, which houses the dining room, club room, and utility spaces. The third part of the house includes a one-bedroom suite and two guest rooms with private bathrooms. A small wellness complex, located immediately adjacent to the terrace and pool, overlooks the golf course and features a private sauna and infinity pool.
The magnificent, airy roof creates the impression that the entire building is floating above the course, while the green roofs of the lower sections blend harmoniously into the landscape. Outdoor living areas are protected from the heat by a pergola and retractable sunshades.
The pool is located on a natural plinth, seemingly floating above the course.
The design was conceived as an elegant, rational layout, combining noble spaces with a sense of grandeur, created by the diverse views of the golf course and surrounding landscape. The use of natural materials blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior. The house features spacious common areas, while individual rooms feel secluded. The villa can comfortably accommodate one or two people, while offering comfortable interior space for eight.
An elegant and discreet entrance visually separates the house from the main road. A striking visual axis draws the visitor to the main entrance, where the building is surrounded by soft landscaping, and we see how it is reflected in the pool located along the villa. / The shallow water at the entrance is reflected.
Upon entering, a majestic roof creates a sense of flight through space and landscape. The house's levels separate the entrance, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The wooden ceiling is impressive yet elegant, connecting the interior and exterior of the villa.
The wooden ceiling provides a strong connection between the living room and the main common areas of the house. The living room offers panoramic views of the house's exterior, the stone fireplace surrounds, and the end walls, while diffused light streams in through the upper windows. The space is simultaneously spacious and inviting.
The adjacent living room terrace connects to the outdoor dining area and the pool.
Various external shading systems create an outdoor seating area, protected from both wind and sun. The use of stone flooring unites the exterior and interior thresholds.
A small clubroom, separate from the main living area, can also serve as a guest area. Directly connected to the exterior terrace, this space creates a secluded atmosphere for quiet conversations.
The master bedroom has a private loggia, terrace, and exclusive bathroom. The entire suite evokes a sense of luxury and privacy, offering stunning views of the golf course.
The master bedroom features a covered loggia, creating a sheltered outdoor space. The area surrounding the pool and jacuzzi also has a private terrace. The master bedroom boasts a contemporary design and is surrounded by magnificent surroundings.
From the course, the light-colored wooden roof lends the villa a majestic and understated appearance. The pool is located on a foundation floating above the course. The sauna and wellness area offers views of nature and a secluded atmosphere for relaxation.
The combination of sauna, pool, and jacuzzi offers a full range of wellness treatments. We'll sell your apartment or house.
