Beit Yaakov Garbov is a pure homage to the eclectic architectural style of Tel Aviv. It was carefully designed by one of the most prominent Israeli architects of the 20th century – Yosef Minor, who is known to this day mainly thanks to the Bialik house, which he designed in 1924.
The building was built in 1924 by Mordechai Garbov in honor of his father, Yakov. Mordechai Garbov, a well-known businessman of that time. Beit Yaakov Garbov was designed completely symmetrically and is part of a local program to preserve Tel Aviv's eclectic heritage. In the file on the restoration of this building , the famous architect Anna Shipman wrote: "This building is part of the city heritage that tells the story of Tel Aviv. From an architectural and historical point of view, this building is an outstanding architect, not many buildings designed by him have been preserved in Israel."
This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is distinguished by exquisite finishes, high-quality electrical appliances and natural materials used throughout the living space.
