Description

HOUSE OF GUCCI 2 or the centennial istria of one house.

On the Tuscan seashore, on the first line of the sea and surrounded by a pine park, we offer a villa with a rich hundred-year history dating back to 1923. 1000 square meters, 10 suites, frescoed ceilings, English-style garden with swimming pool and tennis court. The park is 1 ha.

The villa originally belonged to the Caffarelli family, an important and ancient family of Roman nobility, among whose members was Pope Adeodato II.

Duchess Drusilla Caffarelli married fashion designer Roberto Gucci, one of the most active representatives of the dynasty founded by his grandfather, Guccio Gucci, in the early 1900s. Roberto Gucci, who died in Florence in 2009, was the son of Aldo Gucci and the Englishwoman Elizabeth Price, and with Drusilla from the Caffarelli family he had six children, with whom he founded the HOUSE OF FLORENCE brand in 1992

Then the estate was sold and bought by a wealthy businessman from Modena, according to local rumors, as a gift for his wife's 40th birthday, and in 2008 the villa was completely renovated, while preserving the original architectural style. A swimming pool and a tennis court were built.

The house is located on three main levels with a total area of over 1100 m2.

On the ground floor there is a hall with a magnificent white marble staircase, a double living room, a dining room with an antique fireplace and a large kitchen connected to the terraces.

On this floor there is also a bedroom with a living room and a bathroom, a guest bathroom and a staff apartment with its own independent entrance, consisting of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The spacious terraces, ideal for al fresco dining and dining, overlook a large green park designed by a landscape architect.

On the second floor, around a large central corridor illuminated by a glass skylight, there are 6 double bedrooms with five bathrooms, a large study and a magnificent panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.

On the attic floor with high ceilings, there are two more bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, a bedroom with one bed, a bathroom, a dressing room and a utility room equipped for a kitchen.

In the basement there is a large laundry room, a storage room and a boiler room.

A green, well-maintained park with an area of 1 hectare with an English lawn, hydrangeas and various tall trees also offers a magnificent 12 x 6 meter swimming pool with a solarium, a beautiful gazebo next to the dining room and kitchen, a tennis court, a large wooden house with an area of about 15 m2 for storing garden furniture and equipment, with an adjacent locker room and bathroom with shower as well as covered parking for 8 cars.

The price is 9,900,000 euros
