DESCRIPTION OF BUILDINGS, CONDITIONS AND FINISHES

The winery (570 sq. m.) is a modern building consisting of three floors and includes rooms for fermentation, aging both in barrels and bottles, bottling. The building has insulated walls, providing the best thermal insulation, and terracotta floors. Adjacent to the cellar are administrative offices (150 sq. m.), which share a common finish and appearance with the cellar.

The buildings have recently been completely renovated, retaining their rustic style, with stone walls, terracotta floors and wooden beams. The annex adjacent to the house has been converted into a beautiful common area with a TV room and an exclusive gym. After leaving the farmhouse, you enter a manicured garden decorated with hedges and paved paths, with a 12 by 6 m swimming pool.

Manor house (300 sq. m. m) is in need of renovation and modernization, but it is a very spacious three-storey building that can be used as a luxury private residence or divided into guest apartments.

The house is complemented by a creamery/lemonade (250 sq. m.), in need of renovation, and a two-storey agricultural warehouse (300 sq. m. m) with a basement and a tool shed.

Land plot

The farm is spread over 146.3 hectares on the hills between Chianti and Valdiquiana and reaches a significant height in the northern part (more than 600 m above sea level), which makes it very suitable for growing Pinot Noir grapes.

The basis of the estate is undoubtedly the vineyard (25.1 hectares), which is used in the farm for the production of numerous IGT wines and the excellent Chianti Superiore DOCG.
