Beautiful Lake View Apartment
In Peschiera del Garda, just a few minutes from the lake and the main services, we offer a three-room apartment with lake view in a new residential context with sundeck and condominium swimming pool.
The flat is located on the third floor inside a recently built context, of which only a few units are part, and enjoys countless services and comforts that make the structure one of the most provided and satisfying in the area. In fact, at the entrance of the residence we find a fitness area, complete with equipment and toilets, and a further furnished and air-conditioned area for the exclusive use of the condominiums.
A bright living room with kitchen area introduces the flat, continuing on we find two windowed bathrooms, a single room and a double room. All the rooms enjoy an external view, in particular the double bedroom and the living room have direct access to a private terrace of over 48 sqm with lake view.
On the top floor of the building is the communal sundeck with a lake-view infinity pool. Facilities include a communal coin-operated laundry room and a communal bicycle area, where four electric bicycles owned by the property can be used. The property is sold inclusive of a single car garage in the basement.
Peschiera del Garda is one of the most characteristic towns on Lake Garda: it overlooks the lower Veronese shore of the lake at the point where the waters of the Garda River flow into the Mincio River and is completely surrounded by canals.
The historic centre of Peschiera del Garda is in fact delimited by walls named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017, which modified the natural course of the river.
The first settlements date back to the Bronze Age (typical artefacts have been found: arrowheads, swords, etc.). In Roman times Peschiera became an important centre: there is evidence of Pliny the Elder and the name Peschiera. In order to facilitate connections, in addition to the natural route of the lake and the Mincio River that allowed rapid communication to the city of Mantua in Roman times, the so-called Via Gallica was built, which connected Bergamo and Brescia to Verona, touching precisely at the junction of Peschiera del Garda.
